Dipper: Long story short, we had to fight a space shark, find four star systems and connect them with some celestial thread or something like that to defeat the space shark and return it to its true form, then use some weird liquid to get us out of the black hole, my memory gets a little hazy, and then we returned back a few days later, and none of the other kids remembered any of that happening.

Bill obviously doesn't know that a lot of paperwork is involved when it comes to field trips.
